From this, she developed a deep conviction that she can be whatever she desires, that she is responsible for her power as well as her limits, and that it is up to her to pursue her ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She began her career as a performer with the Membros company in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, then collaborated with choreographers such as J\u00e9r\u00e9mie B\u00e9lingard\u2014principal dancer of the Paris Opera, Amala Dianor, and the Wang Ramirez company. As a choreographer, she co-founded the Black Sheep company in 2015 with Saido Lehlouh. Both were appointed co-directors of the National Choreographic Center of Rennes and Brittany in 2019, as part of the Fair-e collective formed for this occasion. In 2023, she was awarded the distinction of Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since leaving the CCN in 2023, Johanna has continued to develop her role as artistic and choreographic director, remaining open to the worlds of theater, fashion, visual arts, and music. \u201cI don\u2019t want to choose a specific place to be creative, the only place I choose is the place of passion, love, and pleasure.\u201d \u2013 J.F.
