An engaged Parkour workshop. The work focuses on precision of the hold, reading the terrain and measured risk-taking, at a level that assumes an already settled practice. Hazal Nehir transmits a demanding approach, built in the street as much as in contact with the European scene.
Turkish, a former b-girl, Hazal Nehir discovered Parkour in 2014 and left her engineering studies to devote herself to it. First woman sponsored by Red Bull in Parkour in 2019, author of the Lisbon 180s, first woman to complete the Brighton wall run in 2025.
Advanced level. Open to external students.
